what shall come of us all

Broken lims with casts to prove it.

I think that could definitely be the start of a hardcore song. Well not this one. It's how we disguise ourselves. How do you disguise yourself?

Blindfolded and deceived. The masks we wear are oh so clear. Are we really so invisible. Or really are we quite the opposite. So visible, so obviously involved and caught more importantly. When we try to blindfold others we just blindfold ourselves. When you disguise yourself you truely make yourself only more visible, your disguise will only disguise you from yourself.

What is more confusing, the fact that we trap ourselves or that we trap ourselves while we try trapping everyone else? When we are hurting is it even really about us? We try to make everything about us does it work? Why would it be about others?

It isn't about others sometimes however we make it about others. For instance, you shelter yourself. Why? To protect yourself from others perhaps. Well what does it have to do with them. Something is wrong inside and you shouldn't need protection from them. Perhaps they treat you badly and do intensily horrible things to you that hurt you to what seems beyond recognition. So you put up barriers.

Breaking down the barriers to find yourself and to find your emotions. Why should others matter so much? Well for one as people that is just our nature, it is our nature to want to be accepted and loved. I'm telling you if they are hurting you, you won't want their love. They have nothing for you. That isn't to say that people that do love you won't hurt you cause they will. There is a difference however. When you have realized all of this and it has become clear to you. Then you can deal with the idea that if you are comfortable with yourself you won't need others to be. This doesn't mean you forget everyone. This means that you can discover yourself and what your issues are and then you can deal with them and be comfortable with yourself and be your true self. Don't hide the beauty that lies within.

What am I trying to say. Don't let people control who you are. When you are confined to something your not and you sit in your box with the shutters down you can't be what you were made to be. Open up. Open your eyes and let people see what you have to offer. Show yourself and be strong.

What if I didn't put up barriers, what if they just appeared. Probably something I am going to need to read a few times. Until I beleive it at least.

These barriers. I don't remember putting up barriers. They just appeared.
