how did I think it was.
I don't know exactly how I felt about the whole 'gig'. I do know one thing it is the first time I could actually be a little bit secure with my voice and guitar. Not necessarily during but after. I have been thinking about it more and more actually and it makes me happy. I just feel that I can keep playing and writing because I know that it wouldn't just be for myself alone, because there are people besides myself who "really" do appreciate it. That rocks. It just gives me some extra confidence to work with. Playing up there, it was pretty cool, I mean we made a few mistakes and the songs weren't all played like we had planned on playing them but it worked. That is mostly how I feel about it. It was a good experience more for me as a guitarist and vocalist, if you will..
That is that. (respond however you will)

You did awesome buddy! We were and are all so proud....Caden included! If you read one of Shane's latest posts, he made mention of your biggest (well, actually littlest) fan!
And hey, how's the job going?
I think that's an important thing to learn to do when your playing in front of people: just go with the flow. Sure things are going to happen that aren't planned on, and sometimes they aren't good things, but when you can just go with it, accept that they are happening, and move past it and keep playing and putting on a show, it'll be okay. Course, sounds like you already know that :P
*hugs* I'm still super pumped about it and everything. that's AWESOME!
And congrats on the job thing.
You did fantastic Shaun! You sounded amazing, both vocally and playing your guitar! I'm so proud!
